I as well in the beginning of my career. I participated in Concours – appel d’offre ( Spec work) in France. From my own experience as well. Two of them I had won, however after going through the process. In wasn’t worth my time and I felt that my contribution wasn’t value as well. Young and starting off in my career I didn’t know. It’s kind of like trial and erreur. Now after 12 years of experiences in this Field. I try to help educate all new upcoming designer about the pitfalls of Concours – appel d’offre ( Spec work).
