I found this excellent video over at 43 floders about Inbox zero.
What I enjoyed in this video was how it explains « What is processing ? and Task Management« .
One of the Q&A from the audience. Reminded me when I had a freelance job at a magazine where I was replacing someone on vacation.
We where 2 designers with one email inbox to share. I did not notice until the end of the day that the other designer was not refreshing his email inbox.
Therefore I was getting all the email and working the Q while he was surfing the net. Nice huh…

Une des Q&A de l’audience. Rappel moi quand j’avais travaillé dans un magazine où je remplaçais quelqu’un en vacances. Nous sont été 2 designer avec une boîte d’email à partager. Je n’ai pas remarqué jusqu’à la fin du jour que l’autre designer ne rafraîchissait pas le inbox du courrier électronique. Donc j’obtenais tout le courrier électronique et travaillais le Q tandis qu’il surfait sur Internet…..
