The loi sur la Modernisation de l’Economie has been passed, meaning a lot of simplifications for entrepreneurs and individuals wishing to provide consulting services or do commerce on a small scale in France.
This come to some good news for Artistes, Designer, Graphic designer, Jewelry maker who made have found it hard before to start a company and be en réglé regarding the law in France.
Now students, employees, retired individuals and the unemployed to perform business services or engage in commerce without creating a company, as long as it remains on a small scale.
They will not be charged social security charges until they earn revenue…
Plus they are not subject to the TVA. Can not make more that 80,000 for commerce and 32,000 for services.
Whats left to do if you live in France and you have all your paper in order.

Already been a victim of plagiarism. Back in April of this year one my website design and layout was copy with out my permission. Took the necessary steps to see what can be done here in France. Which was alot of work in itself. A crime by me. Now people are copying content. Yup textes ! Now I am not a writer nor are my blog post perfectly writen. I find this is just so easy to do one self. I bascily write like I talk. If there are any mistakes so what ! its not the end of the world. The Point is you get where I am coming from.
So why the need to copy or steal someone content ????

Déjà été une victime de plagiat. En avril 08 cette année une mes design site web étaient repris par quelqu’un sans ma permission. Prenant les étapes nécessaires pour voir ce que je peut faire. Une démarcher à plein temps. Un crime cela moi. Maintenant les gens copie les contenu. Yup du textes. Je ne suis pas écrivant. Mes poste dans mon bloque ne sont pas parfaite. Eh oui il y a de faute mais le point c’est de comprend le sens ce que je voulait dire. Après tout je suis designer – Artiste et ce n’est pas la fin du monde.
Donc pour resume pourquoi les gens fasse des copie coller je sais pas mais il y a une article en anglais bien détaile desous à Bruceclay.com

The world seen through the eyes of: Coco Amardeil . I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Coco Amardeil way back when I worked at the il communication agency here in France. There I discover her and images through her eyes.
My memories and impressions of her was a beautiful person, non pretentious, very authentic and vibeing energy all around her.
I would now say that she is one of my favorite photographers.
When I see her photos I feel as if they are telling me their story at that moment in time.
Three word that I leave you with: Colourful, Conceptual and well explored…

Le monde vu par les yeux de : Coco Amardeil . J’avais le plaisir de rencontre et le travailler avec Coco Amardeil quand j’ai travaillé à il communication agence ici en France. Là je la découvre et des images par ses yeux. Mes mémoires et impressions d’elle étaient une belle personne, non prétentieuse, très authentique et bon énergie tout autour d’elle. Je dirais maintenant qu’elle est un de mes photographes préférer.
Quand je vois ses photos je me sens comme s’ils me disent leur histoire dans ce moment en temps.
