Now day 8, new neuf box, no internet, nor phone and still waiting a text message from neuf to confrim a RDV.
I don’t know is there hidden meaning in all this. Is something trying to tell me something ?

It’s Friday, Day 5
I’ve finally received my New Neuf box today, However the phone & internet still does not work. When I connected the New Neuf box; keep getting error messages saying that the ADSL is not active. So what do I do? I call Neuf, they verifier that my line is active and fill out a report for a technician. So that means another week without phone nor internet.
After talking to the technician and the client services. I have to say I am so no happy with the services at Neuf Telecom. Transfer from one person to another no answer, over reading generated pre-written texts and I need to wait for a text message just to confirm a RDV….
Boo Woo Neuf. I have a feeling I will be changing services soon…
Also thanks Neuf Telecom for the high Cell Phone bill this month.

C’est vendredi, Jour 5
J’ai finalement reçu ma Nouvelle boite Neuf aujourd’hui, Cependant le téléphone et l’Internet ne marchent toujours pas. Quand j’ai connecté la Nouvelle boite Neuf; continuez d’avoir des messages d’erreur disant que l’ADSL n’est pas actif. Que fais-je ? J’appelle Neuf, ils sont vérifié que ma ligne est active et remplir un rapport pour un technicien. Encore une autre semaine sans téléphone ni Internet ouf…
Après parler au technicien et les services client. Je dois dire que je ne suis pas heureux avec les services de Neuf. Le transfert d’une personne à une autre aucune réponse, encoutant une lecture de textes pré-écrits et Je devait attendre un sms juste pour confirmer un RDV….
Boo woo Neuf. J’ai un sentiment que je changerai des services bientôt …
Aussi remercie Neuf pour une facture de Téléphone portable très haute ce mois ci.
