My recent problem that I had with neuf. Not having internet, nor phone for 3 week was very difficult for me to run my business properly. However I have to be honest. They have excellent customer services. Every time I talk to some one either technical or client services. They were never rude nor talk down to me. Also they even sent a tech guy out to my office. To verifier the problem and fix it for what “FREE “.

So you might say why I am talking about numericable. Well this pass Thursday I was schedule to work from one of my small business clients office. While I was there they received their new numericable box for internet & phone. My client didn’t know how to install it so I being the woman à tout faire. I offer to help them install it.

Any who long story short. My client orders the box with wifi and numericable send them an old Thompsons modem with out the wifi technology in it. So I call their client service. I get a woman who not only over talk me and talk down to me. She said “we don’t have any proof that we are in error and we will replace the box with the other one but it going to cost you 100 euros to send you the box. First the client said they order the wifi box frankly why is there need to lie about not requesting the wifi. This isn’t like this is a new technology. In Paris everybody has this.

Going through this ordeal with this lady I had to tell her several time to let me talk and to stop cutting me off. You’re not even listing to what I am saying. I even have to remind this customer service person that I am not her friend I am the client. After ending this call with a head ace. My client has to pay extra money due to their mess up. Last all their document does not even match the modem that was sent. Now I understand why people have a hard time installing the connection if the picture does match up to what was sent that can be confusing.

So I was singing boo woo Neuf. I now take that back. At Neuf a least they take the time to listen to you and offer extra services with out any extra hidden fee.

Boo woo numericable you suck.
