How much will my project cost? Each project is different, so I need to know a little more about your needs before I can give an estimate. After the First RDV, I can give you a few options. You’ll be able to choose the right solution for you and your budget. A price quote is valid for 30 days, after which time it is subject to review.
How does the design process work? After an initial discussion about the services you would like, I will ask you a List of questions in our RDV. Your answers help me better understand your style and needs, and also help guide the design. You’ll be involved throughout the process, so you always know the direction your project is headed in.
If I can design my site, can you help create it? Yes. I enjoy working with artists to turn their designs into functional websites!
Will there be a contract to sign? Once the services and prices have been determined for your project, a simple contract will be created and sent (via email) to you. You print and sign the contract and via mail or email it to me. I must receive a signed contract plus a 50 % deposit before work can begin.
What about payment? I accept bank transfers or you may pay by check.
A deposit of 50% is required before starting work on your project, and the remaining balance is due upon completion.Can I cancel a project? Yes, In the event of cancellation by the client, if the project has already begin the client shall pay all expenses incurred, as well as fees based on the degree of completion of the project.
